Performance Incentive Programme/Bonus

Where possible we believe in sharing the spoils when the business is successful.  There are different schemes for various selected roles. Should your role be eligible you will be given an outline with detail of any performance incentive/bonus you may be eligible for. Incentives will normally have a team performance component. 

Refer to documents you are given that outline your scheme. Also ask your Manager or People Support for further details.

Team celebrations

Team building events and celebrating team successes are encouraged and are organised at the discretion of your Manager. Costs may be shared between Warehouse Stationery and your team, depending on the event your team wants to hold. We set an annual budget with your Manager each year for team celebrations. The usual work rules apply to ensure professional behaviour as a representative of our business, including our Alcohol and Drug policy. Your transport costs are normally covered by you.

Conference/annual event

Every year we hold an event to thank our Team Members for their efforts and successes.  We recognise excellent performance, long service, review the year that was and the year to come.  Rules of attendance and format are communicated prior to the event.

A note if you receive a supplier gift

To ensure our relationships with suppliers and customers are conducted professionally and without any consideration for personal gain, we do not encourage suppliers or customers to offer gifts, discounts, prizes or any other trade incentives. 

Occasionally suppliers may be asked to donate items or provide funding support of a special company-sponsored event.  A designated Team Member or team will co-ordinate this.

Gifts from Supplier policy

If you receive a reward or gift from a supplier or customer as a special thank you, you are required to:

1.       discuss with your Manager how to share the gift with your fellow Team Members and

2.       register the receipt of the gift on the Gift Register (held in Store by your Manager or at Support Office by the Chief Executive Officer’s Personal Assistant). 

Supplier sponsored trips require your Executive Team Member’s prior approval in writing

At Christmas time, Support Office Team Members hand in all gifts received to the Chief Executive Officer’s Personal Assistant, to be shared on a raffle basis at a Support Office function prior to Christmas.
