We’re a team here at Blue, and that means helping each other out in all different areas of the store. So, from time to time, you may be called upon to help a customer in Technology, put away some stock in the stockroom, or jump behind a till – it’s this team spirit that means we are successful!
What We Promise Our Customers
You'll find our aisles clean, tidy and easy to shop. All products will be available and clearly priced to ensure an easy shopping experience. You have the freedom to shop if you know exactly what you're after or ask any of our Team members for assistance to get the right solution.
How Replenishment Team Members Achieve This
- Greet and assist customers in line with our Blue Service Standards, ensuring every customer has a great experience
- Ensure all aisles are fully stocked, inline with our Blue Merchandising principles - this includes building displays, changing out displays fixtures and fittings
- Ensure a great shopping experience by ticketing all products neatly and accurately
- Keep our customers and each other safe by keeping all areas clean, tidy and free of rubbish
- Housekeeping
- Look for opportunities to add additional items to a customer's purchase to ensure they leave with a full solution
- Assisting in other areas of the store needed
- Proactively keep up to date with training, including Product Knowledge and Selling Smarter
