At Warehouse Stationery, we’re all about giving our customers everything they need to Work, Study, Create and Connect. Our customers are the centre of everything we do, and our Team Members make our success as a business possible. We’re a team here at Blue, and that means helping each other out in all different areas of the store. So, from time to time, you may be called upon to help a customer in Technology, put away some stock in the stockroom, or jump behind a till – it’s this team spirit that means we are successful!

What We Promise Our Customers

To ensure you have the best shopping experience in our stores, we'll make sure all stock is receipted in quickly, accurately and available for you to purchase. If something goes wrong and you need to repair or return an item, we'll get this sorted for you. 

How Stockroom Team Members Achieve This

  • Receipt all deliveries quickly and accurately, in line with Company processes
  • Prevent loss of stock by making sure all Company processes are followed
  • When on the shop floor, greet and serve all customers in line with our Blue Service Standards, ensuring every customer has a great experience
  • When on the shop floor, look for opportunities to add additional items to a customer's purchase to ensure they leave with a full solution
  • Keep our Team Members safe by keeping the stockroom clean, tidy and free of rubbish and hazards
  • Keep the stockroom well organised
  • Action repairs and return within the Company timeframes, and keep customers informed along the way
  • Assisting in other areas of the store needed
  • Proactively keep up to date with training
  • Complete courier/freight bookings
