We’re a team here at Blue, and that means helping each other out in all different areas of the store. So, from time to time, you may be called upon to help a customer in Technology, put away some stock in the stockroom, or jump behind a till – it’s this team spirit that means we are successful!

How Furniture Specialist Team Members Achieve This

  • Greet and serve all customers in line with our Blue Service and Sales Standards, ensuring every customer has a great experience
  • Use our sales techniques to ensure you find out exactly what every customer wants, offer them the best advice and ensure they leave happy
  • Maximise opportunities to add complementary items to every sale, to ensure the customer leaves with the full solution
  • Prioritising our customer over tasks
  • Keep the Furniture department looking fantastic by cleaning, ticketing and replenishing stock, when not busy with customers
  • Prevent loss of stock by making sure all Company processes are followed 
  • Assisting in other areas of the store needed
  • Proactively keep yourself up to date with the latest and greatest in the furniture world, and with out internal training
  • Keep our Team Members safe by keeping your work area clean, tidy and free of rubbish and hazards
  • Complete customer orders
