Our Team Members

At Warehouse Stationery, we’re all about giving our customers everything they need to Work, Study, Create and Connect. Our customers are the centre of everything we do, and our Team Members make our success as a business possible. We’re a team here at Blue, and that means helping each other out in all different areas of the store. So, from time to time, you may be called upon to help a customer in Technology, put away some stock in the stockroom, or jump behind a till – it’s this team spirit that means we are successful!

What We Promise Our Customers

Our checkouts will be clean, tidy and approachable for our customers. We will process your sale quickly by having no more than three customers in a queue at any time and offer you assistance with any queries you may have. You won’t leave our store without us making sure you have everything you need

How Checkout Team Members Achieve This

  • Greet and serve all customers in line with our Blue Service Standards, ensuring every customer has a great experience
  • Housekeeping and merchandising of checkout areas
  • Look for opportunities to add additional items to a customer's purchase to ensure they leave with a full solution
  • Assisting in other areas of the store when needed
  • Proactively keep up to date with training, including Product Knowledge and Selling Smarter
  • Keep our customers and each other safe by keeping all areas clean, tidy and free of rubbish
  • Identify potenail BizRewards customers and encourage sign ups
  • Drive our community intiatives at the Checkout
