Job Title: Key Holder
Location: Store Operations
Reports to (Title): Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager
Approved by: GM Operations


Job Purpose

To manage the team and store on a week to week basis, in the absence of any Store Management, by acting as the highest level of contact for customers, team members and suppliers. The role
allows Team Members the development opportunity to gain management skills and experience to enable them to take their career forward in Warehouse Stationery.

NB: From time to time due to business requirements other duties may be required from time-totime, and these duties may change over time.

Time Horizon that this role plans and operates around: Immediate to 1 week
