Reports to (Title): Regional Manager
Approved by: GM Operations

Job Purpose

The Store Manager is accountable for leading the store team to ensure their store delivers the sales and profit targets, through delivery of the company customer service and process standards.

As the leader of the store, this role is accountable and responsible for all aspects of people management, managing performance, training, coaching and development.

NB: From time to time due to business requirements other duties may be required and these duties may change over time.

Dimensions


Total Staff: 6-35 (variable by store)
Operating Budget: $145K-$150K (variable by store)
Revenue Budget: $2.0m - $10.0m (variable by store)
Time horizon that this role plans and operates around: Immediate to 12 months
