Frequently Asked Questions

The candidate has signed their contract, what do I do next?
You will now need to go on to MyPay and complete a new starter form. This will set the candidate up in the payroll system as a new starter and will also trigger their IS access.

The candidate will then get an email with their First Time User code for MyPay. They will need to use this code to login to MyPay and put their details into the New Starter Form (e.g bank account number, tax code, next of kin, kiwisaver).
