At Warehouse Stationery we want to support your Retail Career.

You can gain a New Zealand Certificate in Retail Level 2 by topping up your on-job training.



All you have to do is register your interest by completing the attached form and email to ServiceIQ. ServiceIQ will then send you an email inviting you to complete an online Training Agreement Registration form. You will need to supply valid ID (either passport or birth certificate).

When you have completed your core training (listed below), you will complete one extra module (number 7 on the list below) – it’s as simple as that!



  1. Introduction to Store – Handbook, Buddybook and Quiz
  2. Being Safe in Store – Handbook, Buddybook and Quiz
  3. Preventing Loss of Stock - Handbook, Buddybook and Quiz
  4. Service Legend online – module, on job assessment and Quiz
  5. Handling Stock -  Handbook, Handbook, Buddybook and Quiz
  6. Art, Craft, Computer Products and Chairs product knowledge modules

  7. New Zealand Certificate in Retail Level 2 Handbook, Buddybook and Quiz



Once completion of the above modules has been verified by ServiceIQ you will be awarded your NZCR Level 2 Certificate and will be well on your way to a professional career in retail.
