Long Service Recognition Entitlement

Overview
We recognise exceptional committment to the business through your length of service and want to ensure that those team members who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to the Company receive a personal recognition from the Company.
Procedure
When you have completed 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, or 35 years of Service you will receive recognition at Conference. You will be recognised at the first Conference held after the long service has been achieved.
However if you achieve your long service landmark but leave the company before the next conference, you will be given your recognition before you leave. (This will not apply if you are dismissed from your employment with us). You will receive a special name badge (after 5 years), a framed certificate and a monetary gift.
When the actual anniversary date occurs, you will receive a letter of congratulations presented by your Store Manager.
You are also eligible for Long Service Leave. Please refer to Long Service Leave for more information.
In addition, once you have reached 15 years of service you will be able to retain your Team Card when you resign or retire.

When will my monetary gift be paid to me?
This will be paid out by Finance after your conference in the next available pay run
What happens if I am eligible for a Long Service Award but I haven't received anything?
You can discuss this with your manager who will be able to look into this for you.
